Load and unload (operate) machining centers within cycle time.
Perform special inspections per instruction (100% gauging, visual checks, etc.).
Ensure the work area is clean, orderly, and safe.
Other activities as directed by supervision
After 3 months or more of continuous service - may be allowed to do the following, at supervisor's
discretion, and only with appropriate documented training and demonstration of competence:
Recover misloads from Broaches.
Assist springers in layer checks and SPC.
Perform tool changes.
Fill out all paperwork completely and accurately.
Assist technicians in troubleshooting or preventive maintenance.
Must be able to stand for 12 hours and lift up to 20-30 lbs throughout shift, handling at least 1600 parts per shift.
Steel Toed Shoes and Safety Glasses required.
