Warehouse Associate Black Mountain NC

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
 
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to drive lift truck and or box truck as required.
Must have basic computer skills.
Prior experience (2-5 years) in manufacturing/production facility preferred.
Must be self-motivated, and have the ability to complete assigned tasks/projects with a minimum of supervision.
 
 
PRIMARY DUTIES:
 
Perform the various duties required to move material throughout the facility according to company requirements and standards these duties include but are not limited to the following:
 
Will operate lift truck, sit down and or standup as required.
May be required to operate box truck to deliver parts to main facility or west location.
Will pull orders to assure ‘due date’ movement to assembly, prioritizing orders as required.
Pulls Parts orders, restocks parts in assembly as needed to assure production requirements are met.
Issues materials for orders as required.
Will cycle count inventory as needed.
Verifies and enters parts orders in computer.
Will perform daily inspections completing checklist on lift truck or company truck as required.
Job requires walking, standing, bending and lifting up to 35 lbs.
Will follow all Standard Work.
Performs all duties using appropriate PPE and safety procedures as required
 
 
SECONDARY DUTIES:
 
Follow all established Plant Safety and Housekeeping rules and regulations.
Perform general housekeeping as required.
