MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
 
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2-4 years experience in data entry or related field.
Excellent Computer skills, a must. Microsoft Excell/Lotus Notes experience, a plus.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to all levels of the organization.
Basic understanding of products, a plus.
Ability to work with detail and possess good organization skills.
Must be self-motivated, and have demonstrated the ability to complete assigned tasks/projects with a minimum of supervision.
 
 
PRIMARY DUTIES:
 
Performs duties required of data entry. These duties may include but are not limited to the following:
 
Will create delivery of orders from SAP System by entering data into system
Will move locations of valves within system
Will process product, run orders across UPS/FedEx through data system using appropriate computer as designated.
Will return data to SAP System to enter bills of lading, weights, etc., creating post goods issue / invoicing of customer orders
Will prepare invoice for truck shipments to customers
Will pack product as required using appropriate lifting techniques / equipment provided.
Checks orders for credit hold in the system
Will create combined packing list for designated assemblers as indicated.
Receives incoming truck shipments, UPS and FedEx, records and delivers product to appropriate department
Verifies all orders due that day have shipped by checking system report.
Performs other duties as assigned including using required ppe and safety requirements.
 
SECONDARY DUTIES:
 
Follows all established Plant Safety and Housekeeping rules and regulations.
Performs general housekeeping as required.
Participates in all process improvement projects as assigned.
