When Shannon Quinn was offered the chance to head up marketing and social media at Friday Staffing, she felt like she’d found the perfect career. “Building relationships is vital in today’s job market, and it’s important to do that face-to-face as well as through technology,” she says. “I love how Friday’s incorporates both methods so that we can always find the right person for the right job.”
One of the things that excites her most about being a part of the Friday team is learning the stories of job seekers and how their experience with Friday’s has helped them meet their goals and realize their dreams.
“The staffing generalists here have told me about people who started as temps for companies and are now managers; they love their jobs. We take a personal interest in everyone who comes through our doors, so it’s an honor for me to help promote a company that cares as much as we do.”

When Shannon isn’t finding just the right photo for Facebook or hashtagging on Instagram, she enjoys hanging out with her precocious 10-year-old daughter, hiking, and patiently working her way through many craft fails. “I’m currently trying to learn embroider,” she says with a laugh. “It’s fun, but I’ve come to terms with the fact that it will never be Pinterest-worthy.”
